About Me

Helping you on your way to health and happiness.

I have always been a lover of sport and participated in many activities. I played football, tennis and also swam from a young age, I am now a keen runner – having completed a few Marathons and Triathlons! I have a deep understanding of most sporting injuries and recognize that massage is extremely beneficial, whether it’s to reduce pain or simply relax.

As well as being a Massage Therapist, In my earlier working life I qualified as an outdoor activity instructor, divemaster, expedition leader and sports coach. I am very well travelled – from spending time working on Cruise ships in the Caribbean to ski resorts in the French Alps. I am now appreciating living on the stunning coastline of the Costa Brava.

My wife surprised me for my birthday with a home, sport massage session with Serenity Therapies. Needless to say, it was a welcome surprise and one of the best presents I could have asked for. AJ is extremely talented and managed to relieve some pain on my left calf after many many years (due to tendonitis). Have not felt thus great in a long time, and will definitely be requesting her services again.
