Upper body mobility enhancer. Involves various techniques that are used to help in relieving muscle tension and/or pain and tightness commonly found in the upper areas of the spine. Trigger point therapy is used for releasing or softening a muscle knot by applying different levels of pressure. Followed by stretching the affected areas through a complete range of motion.
